Making of: Grapes are destemmed and direct pressed into stainless steel tanks where they ferment at a cold temperature for about 1 month. The wine is transferred to bottles just before fermentation is complete to finish fermenting as a pet-nat. The wine is not disgorged and has zero sulfur added.

Vinification Method: The grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed before they are direct pressed to a tank. The wine ferments for 2-3 weeks and is then transferred to Grolsch-top bottles to finish fermentation in bottle as a rosé pet-nat. The wine is not disgorged and zero sulfur is added.

Age of Vines: 80 years old
Tasting Note: The most powerful of Rémi’s wines, the Cote de Brouilly is still balanced with an astonishing amount of finesse, and is perfectly drinkable in it’s youth, but will also blossom into something more special in 5-10 years time.
Tasting Note: The Prémices is easy drinking and lighter than the Brouilly and Cotes de Brouilly, but it is anything but a simple wine. The lightness and elegance of this wine are balanced with a healthy dose of minerality and complexity that make this one for serious Gamay drinkers.
Making of: the grapes are carbonic macerated as whole bunches, in concrete tanks with indigenous yeast. Pressed and rested for 10 months in concrete. Bottled unfined, with a small dose of SO2.
Personality: light-bodied, fruity, easy to drink with a typical hint of Beaujolais Villages character.
Duras is native to the southwest of France. It's a robust, tannic red grape which renders a full-bodied wine. This is extra special, extra pure with fruit abound that's and accessible.

Tasting Note: Ruby in the glass with shimmering purple highlights. This youthful wine has a bright nose of fresh red fruit backed by a dusting of cedar infused minerality. Buoyant and fruity on the palate the Tire Pé Diem is packed with juicy red currant, crushed plum and sweet herbs. This is a pretty red with an easy fruity profile and a lingering finish.

Cousin Oscar is a highly drinkable, thirst-quenching red Jean-Marie made for fun. Its label is a combination of designs Jean-Marie put together from 50’s magazines. He named the wine after his girlfriend’s cousin (Oscar) who is apparently irresistible to the ladies.

Tasting Note: Ruby in the glass with purple highlights. The nose is packed with crushed red berry, plum, blueberry and notes of saddle leather backed by crushed stones. The palate is supple as it delivers red and black fruit flavors backed by silken minerality and a deft touch of acidity.

Tasting Note: Ruby in the glass with shimmering highlights. Making of: Grapes are hand-harvested, crushed and macerated for a month. As the natural fermentation was quite slow, the brothers decided to let the wine take its time, and the wine spent 18 months old oak barrels.
Personality: varietal notes of dark fruit, pepper, and violets mingle with deeper earthy notes coming from the old vines and long aging.

Making of: the grapes are spontaneously fermented with stems included (except for the Cabernet Sauvignon). The wines age in old French Oak barrels of various sizes for cca 9 months before being blended and bottled. Unfined and unfiltered, a small amount of SO2 at bottling.

Grapes: Pinot Noir, Malbec, Verdelho, Mourvedre.
An eclectic mix of barrels that took their sweet time to finish primary fermentation, but the happy-end is a juicy red ready to chill.
Personality: Cherry starburst, floral, black tea.
Making of: the Pinot Noir grapes were direct-pressed, while the Verdelho grapes were macerated on skins, as well as the reds. The wines were then racked into barrels where they slowly naturally fermented (22 months) before being blended.
Grapes: the 2021 blend is 50% Zinfandel, 19% Carignan, 15% Petite Sirah, 6% Mourvèdre, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Chardonnay
On the nose, it is a sea of hibiscus and raspberry with undertones of roasted coffee and wet rock. The palate is intense and fleshy with flavors of black plum and pomegranate and a long textural finish.
Most of the grapes underwent carbonic maceration, the classic fermentation method of the Beaujolais, which means that fermentation happened inside of berries

“Free Your Mind is a novel co-fermentation of skin-fermented Riesling and old vine carbonic Carignan. The idea is to be more than the sum of the parts. At its core, Free Your Mind is an aromatic skin-fermented Riesling. When the Riesling begins to ferment, pressed carbonic Carignan is gradually blended in via pump-overs.
